Learn the Basics

Casting, gear selection, choosing bait and lures, cast nets, reading the beach, seasonal species runs, harvesting or the conservation of fish, and much more!

Surf Fishing Equipment

I provide you or your group with all the equipment necessary for your fun filled outing. This includes rod/reels, all tackle, bait and lures. All of our equipment is of high quality and well maintained. We do not provide chairs and drinks during the session. You are also more than welcome to bring your own fishing equipment if you want. A NC Saltwater Fishing license is required for those 16 years and older.

Customer Service

Wayne will gladly provide past clients with fishing reports and seasonal conditions for future trips to the Oak Island, NC. Additionally, Wayne can provide you with information about your fishing gear and current trends in surf fishing. Wayne also has his hand made rigs available for purchase.
